Enrolment Information

Enrolment packs are available from the front office or can be requested via email to: dreynolds@ohakune.school.nz  or you can use the form to the right.

All enrolment packs include uniform and stationary lists, bus, dental consent forms & medical information, health and safety, Cybersafety User Agreement.

All new entrant children only must provide a copy of their child’s birth certificate or Passport for proof of age and Immunisation Cert.

Children enrolling from overseas are required to provide passport and visa documentation.
